I have a Shelby 5402 600lb capacity and what is the closest available for replacement?

For a replacement you could use the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14125. This is a single speed winch with the same 600 lb capacity. It comes with their zinc TUFFPLATE finish and a 5-year warranty. Shelby is no longer business and typically there isn't a replacement with the same bolt pattern. I went ahead and attached a diagram below with the bolt pattern for this winch so you can compare and see what you will need to do for installation.
