The Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM31952 referenced in your question has a maximum speed rating of 65 mph, which is the standard for most trailer tires unless otherwise listed. This radial tire has a maximum load of 1,360 pounds at 50 psi.

The closest trailer tire size we offer to your 18.5x8.5x8 tire size would be a 215/60-8. This is essentially the same size as what you have. For a tire in this size you would want the part #AM1HP28. Check out the review video I attached as well.
