For the New Body Style of the 2019 Ram 1500, I recommend the Curt # C15005 which will fit whether you have the factory hitch or the Class III tow bumper. This is a strong Class V trailer hitch which exceeds the max towing rating of your Ram 1500. Even though this is the case it is worth noting that this will not increase the weight rating of your pickup so that will be the limiting factor.
You should already have a 7-Way on your Ram, but you may consider swapping out your current connection with something like the Curt T-Connector # C55774 which gives you both a 4-Way flat and a 7-Way blade connector.
If you don't already have a ball mount I recommend going with an adjustable option since pickups can be used with a wide variety of trailers. The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10049B is a great option because it comes with the 3 standard hitch ball sizes and has the ability to rotate back under your hitch receiver for storage. It would be beneficial to secure it with a lock like # e98882 to deter theft.
