I need a receiver hitch for my ram 1500. I have not been able to find a receiver that will fit in my hitch. So far see pictures

There are two different trailer hitches for your 2019 Ram 1500 that came from the factory. There is one that has a 2" receiver tube opening below the bumper and one that has a cutout for a hitch ball in the bumper. It looks like you have the latter so there should be a plug in the center of the bumper that you can remove and then install a hitch ball like part # 63845.

Is that is not the case or you would rather have a 2" receiver tube opening then you are going to want to remove the trailer hitch you have now and then replace it with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15005 which is a confirmed fit for you.
