Question:
What would cause a front landing gear leg to jam in full up position? Lippert pn #241846. I thought there should be a limit switch to prevent this situation. Will a rebuild kit solve my problem?

It sounds like the landing gear leg in question may have been over extended. If the leg seems to be slipping and has trouble extending (but you can still hear the motor turning) then this is likely what happened and it probably damaged/stripped the gears. You can try removing the end cap to take a look at the bevel gears as you turn the manual crank handle to see if they are no longer engaging.
The correct repair kit for your Lippert landing gear leg is the part # LC146059. This kit includes the lead drive shaft, 2 drive shaft bushings, 1 E-Clip, 1 drive pin, 1 spiral pin, 1 12T bevel gear, 1 16T bevel gear, and 1 shim washer. If the gears were damaged on the leg then this kit will work great and should get the system working again.
If you notice any physical damage to the leg itself though a full replacement with part # LC241846 will be your best option.

I have an LCI 2.0 system. Is it possible to buy the lead screw and nut for a front landing gear? Or can you suggest how to unbind it if locked at the top of travel?
