Question:

I have a 94 f 350 with a b and w 5th wheel setup. I just purchased a 2015 that has a factory setup with 1 round hole in center and 4 other holes that surrounding the center hole. My 94 has a square center hole that i have a ball in it, with a lever by rear tire that can release it. 2 square brackets that tighten on it and 1 bolt going in center for more secure attachment. My question is, can i just buy a round drp in for a goose neck and still use my 5th wheel out of my old truck? Maybe with the t square brackets replaced with round ones? Thanks in advance. It sounds like you have the B&W Underbed Gooseneck and the Companion Hitch that fits in the underbed gooseneck. If this is the case for your 2015 Ford F-350 with factory prep package, I recommend the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty # BWRVB3300 which will allow you to utilize the same hitch head from your current 5th wheel hitch. This combination will give you the Companion # BWRVK3300.

Unfortunately there is not a round gooseneck hitch connection that will work with your hitch and the factory prep package of your truck.
