A 16 x 6.50-8 tire is the equivalent of a 165/65-8 which fits on an 8 x 5-3/8 inch rim just like part # AM20011. So yes, that's exactly what you need.
If you're looking for a tire we have part # AM1HP22. Or if you need both the wheel and tire we carry them as a combo using part # AM3H200.
