Will the Replacement dust cover cap #e98923 fit the Reese tow power 7006000?

The Replacement Dust Cover for etrailer.com Hitch Lock # e98923 has an inside diameter of 7/8 inch. We don't carry the Tow Power Lock, so I don't know the diameter of that lock cylinder.
We also have the cover # 340M55787-01 which has a 1-1/8 inch inner diameter if that is a better fit for the lock cylinder.
