The MaxxAir Standard Vent Cover # MA00-933067 referenced in your question features a smoke color but it is not solid. It has more of a tinted shade that will still allow light into the RV. I have attached a short video demonstration on this unit that you can also check out.

You would need the standard MaxxAir Vent Cover part #MA00-933069 as a vent cover for the top of the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome #V3092-603-00. This cove allows you to leave the vent open even if there's rain and not worry about water getting in.

Your current microwave has the dimensions of 29-15/16 W x 16-7/16 H x 15-3/8 D which is almost identical to the Furrion part #FMCM15SS which we know works really well and is reliable so it would be a really great and easy solution.
