I went out to the warehouse and measured an Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap, # AM90195. The depth is 3-1/8 inches and the overall height is 3-5/8 inches. The inner diameter is approximately 3.22 inches and the outer diameter is 3.25 inches, so it will fit in a 3.33 inch wheel pilot hole.
