Does Tang Washer Go Between Spindle Nut and Hub Washer
Published 09/04/2018 >
Question:
My EZ Lube type axle had the tang washer under the spacer washer, that is, it was pushed on first, then the spacer was, so the spacer sits against the inside of the castle nut. Your video shows it on top of the spacer, closest to the nut. Which is correct? I suppose if the spacer is stronger, then maybe having it against the nut will reduce wear?

You'd want the tang washer like the # 5-101 that you referenced between the washer and the nut.
