The only tire that we currently have in the 145/12 size is the Kenda Karrier S-Trail # AM10140. This is only compatible with 12" x 4" wheels.
Since you have a 4-1/4" wide wheel you will want to go with the Kenda K353 # AM10068 instead. This is a Load Range D (1,250 lbs at 105 psi) and has a speed rating of 65 mph. This tire is slightly larger with a 5.5" section width and a 21.9" overall diameter.
We sure that you are only measuring from bead seat to bead seat on your wheel. If you are measuring the full width of the wheel that will actually be wider than what the actual width of the wheel.
