Lightweight Bike Rack Recommendation for Rear of R-Pod Camper
Updated 08/28/2018 | Published 08/27/2018 >
Question:
I want to put a bike rack on the back of my R-pod camper. The one you recommended weighs 41 lb. Way too heavy for this old lady! I was wondering since the Swagman Trailhead only ways 30 pounds wouldnt this be a better rack for me? I would only be carrying one bike 40 lb max.

The Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack # S63381 that you mentioned would be the good option for you. It is rated for use behind a camper trailer like you have, however it has a weight capacity limit of 35 lbs per bike. This carrier is made for 2" hitches.
I attached a review video for this rack for you to check out as well.
