Question:
Have a 2018 coachman freelander 20cb rv on a ford transit 350hd chassis. It has a class 1 bolted on now with 200 lb tongue wt. I would like to change to a class 3 or 4 inorder to put a scooter carrier and scooter on my class c rv. Any help?

For your 2018 Coachman Freelander 20cb I recommend the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701. This is a Class III hitch that is rated for tongue weights up to 500 lbs. Then you can use a cargo carrier like # FHG69ZR which has an integrated ramp. I've attached a video for you to see this carrier in action.
If you were referring to a scooter like a small motorcycle, then I instead recommend the motor bike carrier # UF48-979033. This has a ramp as well and is designed for that function.

Not enough drop on that hitch. It will interfere with the RV back panel.
