How does this attach? I need a round cover with 4 screws...Also, is this 6inch end to end? Diameter measurement, of course...

The grille cover part # GR600B that you referenced is a friction fit over 5-1/4 inch speakers like the part # 299-5203 and # 1103030. Basically you just press it on and it holds in place. The diameter of speaker housing this is designed to fit is 6 inches but the actual speaker sizes it's intended for are 5-1/4 inch.
