Does the Kenda Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" Wheel Come Mounted and Balanced

Are these mounted and balanced when shipped?

Kenda Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" Black Mod Wheel # AM32743B undergoes a type of balancing by the manufacturer. Before the tires are mounted on the wheels the manufacturer lines up the light spot on the wheel with the heavy spot on the tire. After mounting the tires are not balanced beyond this.
If you want the tire balanced further a tire shop would have to put the tires on a balancing machine and add weights as needed.
