For a trailer hitch that you can install on the back of your 2010 Jayco Jay Feather Sport Series M-199, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703. This hitch will fit trailers that have frame rails spaced between 22" and 72" apart. It can either be bolted or welded to the trailer frame. The 2" receiver tube opening will be best for your pontoon boat. We have not yet installed this trailer hitch on a Jay Feather Sport so I would not able to inform you of the exact location but I do have a video of this hitch installed on a similar trailer which you can use for reference.
