There are no repair kits available for the discontinued Shelby 5101 coupler; your best option is to replace the coupler.
The Shelby 5101 is an A-frame coupler with a 2" ball and 5,000 lb capacity; we have exactly that with the A-Frame Coupler # CA5100B, which has a trigger latch and has a black paint finish. The same coupler is available with a simple zinc finish, part # CA-5100-Z.
