According to my research, your 92865A-1 hub/drum has a 25580 inner and an 14125A outer bearing and a 8 on 6-1/2 inch lug pattern, as does the AxleTek # AKHD-865-7-2-K hub drum you referenced. The # AKHD-865-7-2-K would be an acceptable replacement for your existing hub/drums, assuming that your existing grease seals have an ID of 2.25 and an OD of 3.376.
