Wondering if you can tell from the attaced picture if it fits to my 94 Ford F250 extended cab. 7.4 litter gas with towing package.

Based on the bumper bracket I can see in the picture you submitted it looks like your 1994 Ford F-250 has a deep drop bumper which would mean that the Class V hitch you'd want is the B&W HD hitch part # BWHDRH25198. If you have something different let me know and I'll see what the best option would be.
