How to Choose the Correct Hub Assembly for Jet Ski Trailer
Published 08/10/2018 >
Question:
I have a 2007 Triton LT jet ski trailer. I need to replace the hub assembly and am trying to determine the correct replacement part. The hub has BT 150 stamped on the back, as well as what looks like 14 T but it is not clear. The SN is L25798. Can you tell me what the correct replacement hub assembly would be?

There is no list of parts available for each year, make and model of trailer. In order to find the correct replacement hubs for your 2007 Triton, you need to know the weight rating of your axle, and also what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
Additionally, you need to know your hub's wheel bolt pattern; if you do not know what it is I have added a help article which details how you can find it. If you get back to me with this information, I'd be happy to try and help you find the correct hub.
