Replacement Landing Gear Motor for a 2008 Keystone Montana Big Sky Fifth Wheel

Question:

I have a 2008 Montana Big Sky that I think needs a motor for the front landing gear. It is not auto leveling.

For your 2008 Keystone Montana Big Sky Fifth Wheel I recommend the Lippert Components Venture 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Motor part # LC142178 which is a direct fit and will work well for you. This motor has a 5,500 RPM rating and is made right here in the U.S.A.

If the legs retract/extend with the manual override but not the switch and you have checked the wiring then chances are the motor is bad and needs replaced.

Someone stoled my front powered jacks landing gear they replaced it with these old one that are not long enough

@Debra Is it possible they just stole the motor and gear box of your landing gear? It would be a pretty elaborate heist to also replace the landing gear with a different set once they had what they wanted.
