Hi I have a 2018 F150 crewmax with the 5.5bed and a Ford tri-fold tonneau cover. Can you recommend a ladder rack ? I want it for hauling a canoe. Thanks

Unfortunately with your Ford Tri-fold tonneau, there is not a ladder rack that can be used at the same time because the tonneau rests on top of the side rails. If you don't need to use them at the same time, then you can use any rack from the attached link but it will require removing the tonneau completely to install the ladder rack for each use.
If you want to use the tonneau and the ladder rack and the same time, then you can use the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH43002XT-508 or # TH43002XT-508EX along with a compatible inside bed rail system tonneau like the BAK Revolver # BAK39329 or # BAK39ZR. This Tonneau and the TracRac SR are confirmed to work together well.
If you want a canoe carrier compatible with the TracRac system, I recommend the Inno Locker Watersport Carrier # INXA445. For the Invis-A-Rack system I recommend the Rhino-Rack SUP and Surfboard Pads w/ Tie-Downs for Crossbars # RRRWP05.
