Although the MORryde Orbital Pin Box and the Reese Revolution perform the same function (moving the pivot point further back for short bed trucks), the Revolution is a plain pin box while the Orbital has a cushioning block of rubber built in to help with back and forth movement (chucking) and up and down movement.
The aftermarket version of the Revolution is the Sidewinder. If you check out part # RP34FR you can see that aside from the rotating pin box there really is nothing fancy about it.
We do, however, carry the 5th Airborne Premium Sidewinder. This pin box can replace most OEM pin boxes and comes with an airbag and a shock absorber to fight against that chucking and up and down movement. Check out the part # RP61422 for an example for the 5th Airborne.
If you are looking at 2 different trailers that come with either of those pin boxes then the better option is the Orbital but if you are looking for a replacement then the 5th Airborne is the best way to go. I spoke with someone at MORryde who said that the Orbital can only be used as an OEM pin box or to replace current rotating pin boxes. It cannot replace an OEM pin box that does not have the rotating turret. These aftermarket pin boxes do replace specific pin boxes so I would need to know what you currently have if you are looking for a replacement.
Let me know what the year/make/model is of your vehicle and which pin box you are interested in and I can help you get on the road! I have attached some review videos for you to check out as well.
