The correct frame brackets for your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 is the Demco Custom Bracket Kit for High Jacker SL Series Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches part # DM8553007 if you have the Demco Bed Rails for High Jacker SL Series Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches part # DM6012 or the Demco Custom Bracket Kit for High Jacker Premier Series Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches part # DM8552011 if you have the Demco Bed Rails for High Jacker Premier Series Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches part # DM6071.
The Custom Mounting Brackets for Demco Hijacker SL Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # DM8553004 are not correct for your Sierra.
