Pretty much universal brackets. Required drilling additional holes in all 6 brackets to fit. Appears to be quality material and hardware.

I used these on a 8'x12' flatbed and they worked great. You just have to add a bolt hole or use shims like I did between the flatbed the top of the brackets.

Great product. Mounting hardware installed just as it states and everything fits together nicely. FYI, if you are doing an installation where you have to drill holes, cobalt bits make the job much easier.

From looking at the picture you sent in it looks like you have a set of the SL Demco fifth wheel rails with an older Demco stationary hitch. For a bracket kit to install the rails in your truck bed you would want the part # DM8553004. With this and your rails you would basically have a # DM8553004-12.

I went out to our warehouse to take a few measurements on the brackets that are included with the Demco Custom Mounting Bracket Kit # DM8553004 that you referenced. The brackets measure 6 inches long and 6 inches tall, with a width of 2 inches. The distance between bolt holes, on center, is right at 1-1/2 inches. The Demco Hijacker F24 fifth wheel hitches use a non-standard fifth wheel rails that we don't have an adapter for that also fits your 2014 Ford F-250 with the OEM rail kit. Demco does have a hitch that fits directly to your OEM rail kit though with the part # DM8550033 which has a 21k capacity and would work great.

The instructions don't specify the measurements from the side of the box, but the mounting brackets ensure the locations are correct on the sides which are attached directly to the truck frame rail.
