Question:
Do these kits come with the drum assembly, or does it need to be ordered separately? I cant tell from the pictures and narrative.

The Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA does not come with the hub/drum. In order to find the correct hub/drums we are going to need to know your bearing numbers or measurements. We would also need to know the bolt pattern of your wheels. I have attached articles for determining both bearing numbers/measurements and bolt pattern for you. If you can provide me with the bearing numbers/measurements then I would be happy to help you make sure you get the correct hub/drums but if not, I have attached our selection for you.
