Does this front hitch Front Hitch - C31017 fit a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4x4? Anything special to know about putting it on a 4x4 vs 4x2?

The CURT Front Mount Hitch, part # C31017, will fit the 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4x4. You may have to trim the front air dam or the plastic fascia that is attached beneath the front bumper on your vehicle for installation of the CURT hitch. How much trimming will depend on which model and trim package is on your vehicle. The trimmed area will be hidden once the hitch is installed.
Nothing different with the installation on a 4x4 or a 4x2 vehicle.
