Need ball for factory 5th wheel Ford f350 2017. Please advise

The Reese Replacement Ball part # RP19311 is the correct gooseneck ball for your 2017 Ford F-350 that has the factory rail kit. This will install right into the gooseneck hitch opening you have and you'd be set.
