Recommended Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit for the Ford Prep Package and a Anderson Ultimate Hitch

Question:

I have a 2019 F350 w/the tow prep pkg I also have the Andersen ultimate hitch and the BWGNXA2061 I want to use them together but the Andersen sits about 1/2” off the bed Is there a solution

The gooseneck ball that came with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit item # BWGNXA2061 is too tall. You will need to use the Curt Pop-In Ball item # C60601 instead. I have linked a diagram below that will show you the dimensions.

It does come in a complete kit with safety chains Item # C60618. I didn't see your order number so I am not sure if you are able to return yours for something that will work.
