We carry two custom install bracket kits with the rails for your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. Part # RP50140-58 uses the standad 43 inch base rails and includes a 5-year warranty. The second kit, part # RP56011-53, has longer 48 inch rails and Grade-8 hardware. It's a heavier duty bracket kit but still fits the same hitches for industry standard rails. This is also an outboard kit meaning the rails install on the outside of the truck's frame making the install easier.
Both kits are custom kits which reduces the amount of drilling and time compared to a universal kit. Also, if you'd like to add trailer wiring to your truck's bed use part # HM42137 that's confirmed to fit your Dodge.
