The best backup camera we have for your Keystone Cougar 31BHKWE is the Furrion Digital Wireless Observation System part # FOS43TASF. This system has a full color 4.3" monitor which is secured to the tow vehicle's windshield via a suction cup. It comes with a water-resistant camera that has LEDs for use at night and a sleek mounting bracket. The system also operates off of digital transmitters which eliminates interference from other devices.
The only thing you will need to do to use the system is first mount the camera to the exterior of the RV with the included mounting bracket and then attach the connection to the pre-ran wire for power. You will have to pair the monitor to the camera and then you are ready to hit the road. I have attached a review video on the system for you as well.
