We carry many types and sizes of hitch ball that are displayed on the page I linked for you. Near the top of the page are our high-rise balls. We do have 2-5/16-inch high-rise balls such as # C40036 (2-inch rise) and # C40035 (1-inch rise) but both of these have a shank diameter of 1-1/4-inches and shank length of 2-5/8-inches.
I linked a second page that shows the three 2-5/16-inch high-rise balls that have a 1-1/2-inch shank diameter; all have a shank length of 2-3/4-inches.
The nearest item to your request is B&W ball # BWHB94003. This is a 2-5/16-inch ball with 1-inch of rise and a shank length of 3-1/4-inches BUT the shank diameter is 1-1/4-inch not 1-1/2.
