Can I add a bypass solenoid to a titan 5100 that has a non bypass solenoid by taping return line into master cylinder.

Sounds like you are looking for a reverse lockout solenoid. If you have a Titan actuator you would want part # T4748800, or a Demco part # DM5404 which uses bypass routing like you mentioned.
I can't recommend you use the Demco on a Titan though.
