The only 5th wheel tailgate we have as a confirmed fit to your 2018 Ford F250 is the Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate with Lock for Ford Trucks # VG-15-4000. It is a glass filled blow molded composite plastic that is strong-as-steel yet lightweight like aluminum.
Our manufacturer of the Aluminum tailgates no longer makes them, so they won't have a fit for the newer trucks like yours.
