The JL appears to have only micro fuses. What do I need to do for he install?

The Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490 will work for your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited.
As you know the fuse tap does not work with the Jeep JL because it will not fit in the spot in the fuse box. All you need is a fuse holder # SWC9545 and the 10 amp fuse that comes with # RM-751490. That connection will go right to the battery.
I have a video attached that shows this product being installed on the 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited. The part about the fuse starts at the 5:35 mark.
