Hi - Have the black rack and have the additional spline for 2 additional bikes and am in need of two additional bike trays/holders - does this include the entire assembly? Thanks!

Yes, the Rear Wheel Assembly for Yakima HoldUp Bike Carriers # 8890281 is the entire assembly and you will also need the Front Wheel Assembly # 8890280 to go with the Replacement Spine for Yakima Plus 2 2-Bike Add-On for Yakima HoldUp # Y8890279.
When you combine the assemblies and spine you will have the Plus 2 2-Bike Add-On for Yakima HoldUp for 2" Hitches # Y02446.
