The FullBack # Y02634 for 2 bikes and the # Y02633 for 3 bikes features a 4-strap mounting system and interlocking HUB for quick setup on your Volvo XC60. The adjustable arms have SuperCush anti-sway cradles with ZipStrip straps for easy bike loading. The Fullback also includes an integrated cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack. Then there's also an included security cable that helps keep the rack secured to your Volvo.
Also if any of the bikes you're carrying are women's or children's bikes, or any bikes with an alternative frame, you likely need an adapter bar, like the Swagman Deluxe # 64005, to keep the bikes level. It installs between the seat post and handle bar stem and creates a level cross tube to hang the bikes from.

I have a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and a 2019 Subaru Forester, so to buy only 1 interchangeable bike carrier, I should get the Yakima halfback 2 bike rack Y02636. The difference between the halback and the fullback carrier seem to be in the locking hardware. Too make up the difference by going with the Yakima Y02636 halfback, what should I buy? Do I only need the Y07233 or do I need both the Y02623 and the 8880572 ?
