Question:
Hello, I installed 2 different curt C56011 harness on my 2015 accord without led lights. Neither of them would work correctly and my lights would flicker off. When checking the continuity with a multi meter on the brown wire worked. I checked all the grounds and wires and still have issues. the trailer works when hooked up to my sierra 1500 truck.

Expert Reply:
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56011 is indeed the correct wiring harness for your 2015 Honda Accord without LED tail lights. The issue you are describing sounds like a ground issue. Please make sure that the ground you are using is a clean bare metal surface without any paint present. This is more than likely the cause of your problem. Before attaching the ground screw, sand the surface down with some 80 grit sandpaper to remove any connection inhibiting material. This should fix your problem but if not please let me know and I would be happy to provide further troubleshooting procedures for you.
