The Transcom Grease Seal part 171255VB is a single lip grease seal with a 1.719" inner and 2.565" outer diameter. For replacement, I recommend using the Grease Seal part # RG06-050 which is a double lip grease seal that also has a 1.719" inner and 2.565" outer diameter.
A double lip grease seal can be used in place of a single lip grease seal and they are actually much better on keeping the grease in and the water/dirt out.
