Question:
Jameson C thanks you for replying to my guestion on the dump valves. I my be a little confused on the set-up I have so I add a photo. The outlet on the grey tank is a little smaller then 3 1/2inch and the black tank flange will need cut off and new valve glued on, also 3 1/2 O.D. The old grey tank had a rubber coupler that reduced down to 1 1/2 pipe then into the valve. Hope this will help in determining which valve I would need. If there any more information needed let me know. Thanks

So based on the picture you submitted and the dimensions you listed it looks like you need a dump valve that will fit into the 3-1/2 inch pipe (3 inch spigot) and then need a 1-1/2 inch pipe ot fit over your other valve (1-1/2 inch hub).
The valve setup that covers that is the part # T18A as it has a 3 inch spigot and a 1-1/2 inch hub.
