Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this 15-foot long, stick-on, rubber wiper seal for the RV slide out. Now this rubber wiper seal is used to prevent water from leaking into your slide out on your RV. The wiper seal will flex in or out depending upon how the slide is moving, and it is ideal for slide outs on the toy haulers, including the Starcraft Aruba. The rubber on this is highly wear and weather resistant to help protect your RV from extreme weather and pests, and this is compatible with the bulb seal that we do sell separate on our website, part number SR69FR, and it's usually listed on this product page as a related product. I want to zoom in just to show you what the seal looks like.
It is a peel-and-stick installation. You can see it has the pre-applied 3M adhesive backing. You just simply peel off the backing paper and then apply the seal to the RV frame surrounding the slide out. Dimensions on this, we mentioned, it's 15 feet in length, and the width on this, if we go from this end to this end, that's right at 4 1/16 inches. This part is made in the USA.

Much better quality than original. Very good adhesive.
Saved $$$ DIY. If you have patience you can do it. A MUCH better product than was originally installed at the time purchased brand new. Creates a great seal. Allow a couple inches more for each slide out when ordering to allow for a good seal with a tad bit of overhang. Don’t want to see any daylight. Spraying a small amount of seal lubricant AND I DO MEAN SMALL on edge will help with it sliding. Too much and your hands can’t keep a grip. VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

So far so good. The Grand Design Image slide setup makes it a bit of a challenge to replace the “Tired” seals. It would be the same on whichever system is used. The sales are very close and offer very little room to work. Other than that I’m liking this design replacement. It’s still to early to be totally certain

The inside wiper seals all needed replace on our camper. They were the press in style. These were a little harder to install on the inside with much room to work with but I hope they will last longer.

Good wiper I liked the heavier bottom, I wish it would be tracked for a D bulb but I don’t see any 4+” wipers with D bulb tracks
