For your 2013 Heartland Cyclone 4100 fifth wheel the best hitch option we are going to have is a multi-fit hitch like the part # 13703 that fits frame width between 22 and 72 inches apart.
For a fifth wheel approved bike rack we have the Yakima LongHaul part # Y02476 which will allow you to carry up to 4 bikes at a time. Even though the carrier is designed to carry 4 bikes, you will need to determine the weight capacity for your hitch to see how much weight you can carry. I attached a review video for this and an install video for the hitch for you to check out as well.
