Question:

I have a Prodigy 57247 brake controller with no wiring at all. I have a 2009 Dodge 2500 that did not have trailer wiring from the factory. Is there a wiring kit to attach this brake controller to my truck with enough wire to run all the way back to the 7 plug harness I installed? Thanks

Since you already have installed a 7-way trailer connector on your 2009 Dodge Ram 2500, the only thing you are going to need is the wiring to attach the 7-way to the controller for which you can use part # 5506 and the wiring to attach the brake controller to the vehicle for which you can use part # 20127. The wiring kit part # 5506 also come with a circuit breaker which you will need to power the brake controller.

Since you did not have a factory installed 7-way trailer connector, there wouldn't be a port under the dash to plug one in therefore this will be the only option we have for you.
