Front and Rear Anti-Sway Bars for 2009 Chevy Kodiak C4500

I have a Chevy c4500 2009 Kodiak with a life line Chassis and I would like to replace the swaybar on the front and rear, but when I compare the pictures, it seems its not the same, I would like to have someone help to determine which set I need to buy, I have pictures I can email and show you the exisiting swaybar that is on the vehicle. please help, thank you.

From my research it looks like the Life Line is simply the box atop your 2009 Chevy Kodiak C4500, which would actually be the chassis. The anti-sway bars will not actually replace your Chevy's bars, they attach to the axle and chassis, which is why they do not look the same as yours.
For an '09 Chevy Kodiak C4500, the correct Rear Anti-Sway Bar is # RM-1109-157 while the correct Front Anti-Sway Bar is # RM-1109-158.
