I need to get a Sidewinder pinbox to replace a Lippert pinbox. Item number 359950, s/n 028-000281691. Can you help me out?

Since your serial number starts with 028 that means you have a Lippert 1621 pin box which means that for a Sidewinder you'd want the part # RP34FR for a 20k capacity or # RP61422 for a 16k capacity.
