We are looking to purchase one of your towing packages, we have a 2011 honda civic. Would your product come with installation instructions, how easy is it to install? If not, who would we be able to get to install?

The trailer hitches do come with instructions, and I have also linked the installation instructions and an installation video for the Curt # C11391 which fits your 2011 Honda Civic so you can see the process involved and if you might be comfortable doing it yourself. Otherwise, any local mechanic should be able to do it without much difficulty.
