Drop Weight Distribution Shank Recommendation for 7-1/4 inch Drop that is 13 inches Long
Question:
I have a 2018 F250 and need a new WDH shank. Truck height to receiver = 24” Airstream hitch height = 17.75” Ball height = 3” Current shank measures 13” from center of pin to end of shank. This allows me to open my tailgate or at least it did on my 2015 f150 . Please recommend an appropriate shank I can purchase.

Based on the dimensions you listed it sounds like you need a new weight distribution shank that can do a drop of 7-1/4 inches and is 13 inches from front to end of shank. For that we have the Curt shank part # C17124.
I also attached a link to a help article that covers how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount as well.
