Question:

I’m looking at buying a double lock curt gooseneck kit I have air lift air bags in my truck Will this kit work with them air bags? Truck is a 99 dodge 2500 Cummins Dana 80 rear end Air bags mount on top of leaf springs and to the frame If not could you tell me what gooseneck kit will Thanks!

The Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit # C60734 is a confirmed fit for your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 but all of the air spring kits for your truck are not compatible with in-bed hitches from any manufacturer because of the mounting location.

If you want to install a gooseneck hitch or 5th wheel hitch, I recommend replacing the Air Lift air bags with the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR3500B designed for your Dana 80 rear end.
