I have Roadmaster Ez5 base plate, Nighthawk towbar, and Invisibrake supplemental brake. My 2017 Winnebago View is prewired for a brake controller. Do I need anything else for my installation?

Yes, the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit part # RM-521453-5 will fit your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Sport S as long as you have the factory front bumper. This base plate kits work with all motorhome mounted Roadmaster tow bars. For this, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar part # RM-520.

In order to complete your flat-towing setup you will also need safety cables, supplemental braking system, tow bar wiring, and a possible high-low adapter. Yes, you will need a flat-tow wiring harness and possibly a high-low adapter. A brake controller will not be needed as that is what your supplemental braking system is for. For a flat-towing wiring harness, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 which is one of the most popular options on the market and will work perfectly with your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Sport S. In order to determine if there is a need to use a high-low adapter we will need to measure from the ground to the center of the base plate kit on the vehicle and compare that distance to the measurement from the ground to the top of the inside edge of your trailer hitch on the motorhome. If this distance is not within 3" of one another then you want to use a high-low adapter which I have attached a list of for you.
